They called and left an ugly message on my cell phone. So I reported them to ftc.

I get this call every morning and every evening.

They ARE Chase...the call center is located in Lake Mary, Fl If you are late on your CC, or someone gave us your number, we call. The law states that Chase can call up to nine times a day if no contact is made. THATS why we call so much, we usually leave message every other day after 7pm. We CAN call until about 9 or 10pm, but because we time these calls by you phone numbers area code, mistakes happen.

They randomly called the wrong person one time too many in egregious violation of Federal and State statutes. I reached out to my contacts at the proper Federal agencies and they are poised for a joint Federal, State and local law enforcement task force raid and will arrest everyone answering the phone on behalf of these identity theft fraudsters. This will be widely covered by the national and local media and every participating fraudster's name will be published. You can then give them a call while they are incarcerated and ask if them if they want to lower their interest rate. I have answered calls from this caller and said hello about ten times before the call was disconnected. The thing that is creeping me out is that the person is calling both my cell phone and my home phone. Now it is really bothering me.
